What will my results tell me?

Yes! Our FDA authorization (EUA) only allows those at least 3 years of age to use the At Home COVID-19 Nasal PCR Test Kit.

What guidance will I get along with my results?

  • The Nasal swab testing

    is a clinical test, which is the best way to diagnose if an individual has COVID-19. Clinical test results are specific to an individual and therefore protect by patient privacy laws, and results are available within 48 hours.

    Mask testing tests multiple masks as a method of environmental surveillance, not for COVID-19 screening or diagnosis. Mask testing also has a lower price point, making it easier to test for the virus more frequently, and provides pooled results rather than individual results.

    • Are you a CLIA certified clinical laboratory?

    Absolutely. Our clinical labs are CLIA certified. CLIA stand for Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments. This means that The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regulate all our clinical tests and make sure they meet rigorous quality standards. Here’s a breakdown on CLIA certification by the FDA.

    However, our PCR mask testing lab is not CLIA certified because it’s not a clinical lab, it’s an environmental testing lab. Here’s their accreditation: “ISO / IEC 17025:2005 Certificate Number: Biological 2918.04”.
