Yes! Our kits are designed for both municipal tap water and private well water.
No special tools are required—each kit comes with everything you need for easy sample collection.
Your sample should be shipped the same day it is collected.
To avoid delivery delays, we recommend collecting and shipping your sample on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, so it arrives at our laboratory on a business day. Please note that the laboratory is closed on weekends and holidays.
You will receive your results within five business days after the laboratory receives your water samples.
The cost of shipping is included in the price. There's no additional charge for shipping your test to your home or office. Every test kit comes with a prepaid return shipping label that should be used to ship the kit back to our laboratories for analysis and reporting. All tests are shipped to you with FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.
